Anyone who goes around stabbing other people are in some way mentally unstable - whatever the reason.
Breivik was a nutter and was a Nazi. The London Bridge stabbers were nutters and "Islamists".
You remember the Muslim bloke who murdered the tourist in Russell Square? He was done for murder (quite rightly) and he had also been a mental patient. In that case it was decided he was sufficiently sane to be responsible legally for his actions.
There is probably a fine line between 'nutty but responsible' for their actions and just an out and out loon that might shout about Hitler or Osama but in reality is simply mad. In this case the Police have initially assessed him as being in need of mental health support. The idea that Muslim/brown perpetrators are always referred to as having mental health issues and white, right wing perpetrators are not is fantasy.

Tip, when posting on a thread about a particular subject mention in passing when your post does not relate at all to the subject matter.

Skin tone is a social construct so it doesn’t matter how it appears visually.
Even if his skin appears black it was white oppression which led to his actions therefore he should be seen as white.
